Why Some Marriages Fail.We would like to say theres no such thing as a perfect relationship. Life is not all sunshine and flowers but you can strive to have a happy relationship. You should have a daily goal to strive for a happy relationship that is real. Put why some marriages fail and why some marriages are successful cannot always into words because every couple is different.
One of the things that we like to do is ask people to make a list of about 25 things you think you need to be very happy. Many times young people get married thinking that will bring them happiness. When troubles start and mount without proper help most couples end up in a failed marriage. When the
couples made their list these are a few items they listed:
A million dollars
A billion dollars
A six month cruise around the world
A Porsche
To be famous
To have my own TV show
Healthy children
A mansion
My own private jet
The Perfect Marriage
When you look at some of these items, do you think that they will make you happy? What does happiness mean to you? Happiness means taking pleasure in what you have. Happiness usually comes with small things like a walk in the park, watch a baby smile, or perhaps when you come home from work and your child meets you at the door. Think of happiness like this, when you sit down to eat a great meal in a fancy restaurant, you definitely feel good. That is because you are happy. You are happy because you are enjoying what you have the meal. Why some marriages fail, no happiness all the good has turned to rust.
I would like to start a boot camp for happiness in a couples life before they get married. Marriages often fail for the simple reason when the physical intimacy wears off the couple has nowhere to go in their lives. This is a sad but true statement. When couples first get married their idea of happiness is the material things that they gather, the physical intimacy they feel and just the idea of being married. Schools should have special courses on how to manage when you first get married. The courses on sex and diseases are great. The truth is that many marriages fail in todays society because hardly anyone gets any sort of training on being married. Everyone thinks that the couple will figure it out all by themselves and live happily ever after. Folks I am sorry to say but the statics say that about one couple out of every two that get married end up in a divorce. The failure rate for marriage especially the first time is at an enormous high. Americans today base their success on how much capital gain they can gather. Children learn economics, math, and other skills to obtain personal things that should make them happy. Children do not have class's on communication on a personal basis, how to get along with each other, and how to problem solve in real life. Why some marriages fail is due to the couples lack of experience and understanding of one another.
Why do some marriages fail? Marriages fail because of lack of communication, no problem solving skills, the vanity of some, dishonesty, and of course adultery. It is impossible to curtail every reason that a marriage might fail. There are many reasons to keep a marriage together. One only needs to find the right professional help.
