Thats right, women think they have it hard when it comes time to plan the wedding but the hard part is actually asking her if she even wants to get married.
Here are a few marriage proposals that you may want to try out if you arent really sure how to do it or arent creative enough. Women love surprise, romance and meaningthey dont just want you to blurt it out during a fight or while waiting for her to use the restroom. No marriage proposals should ever be asked while she is sick, blowing her nose,
getting dressed for work, over the phone or right before she is due to get on a plane. However, on a game board at her favorite sports team, nice restaurant or simply at home are some great places to do it. Place a ring on a string and have her go through the whole house to find out what the surprise is, the ending will make her smile and give you enough time to get the words out. Dont forget the flowers though.
Marriage proposals can be really romantic if they are planned out, just keep in mind of a second plan just in case things dont go as planned. You never know if shell catch on, especially if she is already in the middle of something else. My husbands marriage proposal became marriage proposals because he had to repeat himself. I heard a knock on the door, answered; he was in his dress blues and asked me to marry him. Only problem was I was on the phone, long distance. I opened the door, let him in, gave him my pointer finger, which meant in a minute and went back to talking. He ended up dropping to his knee and asking while I was on the phone. I caught it that time and will never forget it. It was not planned out and was spur of the moment, he knew what he wanted and knew what my answer would be.
Of course if you dont know the answer you could end up with one you didnt plan on.. in front of a whole room of guests. Think about her and how she will react before putting her on the spot. Not all marriage proposals go off without a problem, so be careful in the way you plan it. Are you going to bake the ring in a dish? If you are, make sure she doesnt actually swallow it and have to have it pumped from her stomach, while this may be a memory it isnt one you want.
For a few more fun marriage proposals you can try making her a home movie and choosing to stay home one night with her and watch it. Have all types of memories on it, from birthday meals, holidays, etc but dont forget the ending you on the tape telling her you have one question for her and showing her a little box. Suddenly, she turns to you and you get to ask. See the hard part is already done; now all you do is wait for the answer. Another idea is to have a plane write it in the sky for her, or make her a meal in bed and drizzle the syrup so it asks her for you.
Marriage proposals are something that should be able to look back upon and have smiles or tears come to the eyes of those that remember. Think of a favorite or romantic restaurant to take her to and ask her there, or choose to do it at the location of where the first date was or where you met her. These are meaningful places to both you and her and will forever have meaning.
